What is corporate housing? Corporate housing refers to a type of accommodation that is often used for extended stays, primarily for business travelers or relocated employees. These are typically fully furnished apartments or homes available for both short-term and long-term stays.
What kinds of insurance do we use to protect the properties? our stays are generally covered with $1M liability coverage including damage claim coverage and security deposits to take care of anything that comes up. As extra precaution, we also carry short-term renter’s insurance for the additional peace of mind. (Optional) Personally guarantee name on the lease and carry renter’s insurance
What do we do to ensure the safety of the properties? A couple of things we do to ensure the safety of your home and your own peace of mind is that we would install surveillance tools like cameras and/or noise detection, and other smart tech.. And again, we have guidelines in place to screen our guests such as ID verification, rental agreement, and security deposit to avoid any problematic stays.
How do we maintain the properties? We would have professional cleaners coming in at least once a week to your home. We would take care of any minor maintenance / repairs and wouldn’t bother with anything unless major. Overall, your place will be kept in amazing shape and condition. Better than it would have been with an average long-term tenant.
